- "GMR" (Goods Movement Reference) is the unique reference issued upon a successful GVMS submission.
- "ENS Declaration" refers to the submission of pre-arrival safety and security data for goods entering Great Britain (GB).
- "HMRC" refers to His Majesty's Revenue and Customs, the UK customs authority.
- "ICS2" refers to the Import Control System version 2 for processing ENS declarations.
- "User Account" refers to an account registered on gmrify for submitting declarations.
- "Service" refers to the gmrify platform and its functionality for submitting GVMS and ENS declarations.
- "MRN" (Movement Reference Number) is the unique reference issued for ENS submissions.

3. Scope of Service
gmrify provides an online platform that allows users to submit GVMS and ENS declarations electronically to HMRC and ICS2. By using gmrify, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We only facilitate the submission of declarations to HMRC and ICS2. We do not guarantee that HMRC or ICS2 will accept or process any submission successfully.
- The accuracy and completeness of submitted data are entirely the responsibility of the user.
- We do not provide legal, regulatory, or customs advice. Users should seek professional customs advice when necessary.
- gmrify is not responsible for customs delays, penalties, or rejections due to incorrect or incomplete submissions.
- HMRC and ICS2 control processing times, acceptance, and rejection decisions.
4. User Responsibilities
By creating an account and using gmrify, you agree to:
4.1 Compliance with Regulations
- Ensure that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and compliant with UK customs regulations.
- Be responsible for reviewing and updating any required customs documentation before submission.
- Keep up to date with any changes in HMRC regulations that may impact your declarations.
- Comply with all applicable UK customs laws and HMRC requirements.
4.2 Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- You are fully responsible for any actions taken under your account.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use gmrify for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Submit declarations on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any prohibited activities.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
5.1 Service Fees
- Declaration submissions may be charged based on the pricing structure displayed on our website.
- All fees must be paid before or after a successful submission, as indicated.
- Prices are subject to change, and we will notify users of any updates.
5.2 Payment Methods
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
- We do not store credit card details on our servers.
5.3 Refunds
- Declaration submission fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of a system failure on our part that prevents successful submission.
- Refunds will not be issued for HMRC rejections or user data errors.
6. Processing of Declarations
6.1 Submission Processing
- gmrify transmits user-submitted declarations to HMRC and ICS2.
- We do not control the processing times, acceptance, or rejection decisions made by HMRC or ICS2.
- We provide feedback on submission status based on HMRC/ICS2 responses.
6.2 System Failures & Downtime
- We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- gmrify is not liable for delays or losses resulting from system outages, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
- Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
6.3 Technical Support
- We provide support for platform-related technical issues but do not provide customs advice.

7. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using gmrify, you consent to our collection and processing of data for service operations.
7.1 Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
- However, we do not guarantee complete security against cyber threats.
7.2 Data Sharing
- We share declaration data only with HMRC, ICS2, and essential third-party providers (payment processors, hosting services).
- We do not sell user data to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
- The gmrify platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Movega Removals LTD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your business purposes.
- You retain all rights to the data you submit through the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- gmrify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or customs penalties.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific declaration in question.
- We are not responsible for any losses due to incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the user.
- We are not responsible for HMRC or ICS2 processing delays, rejections, or penalties.
- We are not liable for consequences of user errors in data entry or submission.
10. Service Termination & Account Closure
- Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support.
- gmrify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
- Account closure does not waive any outstanding fees owed.
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
- We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (minimum 6 years for customs records).
11. Force Majeure
gmrify is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Internet outages or infrastructure failures
- Cybersecurity attacks or data breaches beyond our control
- HMRC or ICS2 system outages
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via email or website notifications. Continued use of gmrify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of gmrify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Movega Removals LTD regarding gmrify.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
